How to play
Last Letter Standing
Add one letter at a time to a growing fragment. Never complete a word.

The rules
4 steps.
- Each player adds a single letter to the end of the fragment.
- You must always have a real word in mind that starts with it.
- Once the fragment is four letters long, completing a word puts you out.
- Anyone can challenge: if you were bluffing, you are out instead.
What the phone does
The phone holds the fragment and the turn order. There is no clock in this one, and no dictionary — challenges are settled by the room.
It is a dealer and a scorekeeper, never a judge. It cannot hear the room and it does not decide who was right.
