Using the app

PartyStack is a party game. Use it, enjoy it, and do not rely on it for anything that matters.

The app is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. It will not always suggest a good game, and it cannot tell whether your friend really did what the card said.

The phone is not a referee

Every game here is scored by the people playing it. The app deals cards, runs clocks and keeps the numbers you tell it to keep. It cannot hear the room, it does not judge a performance, and it will happily record a score the group disagrees with.

When there is an argument about a rule, the group settles it. That is not a limitation — it is how party games have always worked.

Content

All prompts, word lists and rules in this app are original work, written for it. Intensity levels exist so a group can choose what they are comfortable with, and the most personal tier is gated behind a confirmation.

If a card lands badly, skip it. Every deck is skippable, and no game requires anyone to answer anything.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the makers of this app are not liable for anything that happens because you played a game in it — including any argument, injury, embarrassment or friendship it may cause.
