The rules
4 steps.
- Everyone takes the phone in turn and looks at their own role in private.
- At night the phone goes round again: the Mafia choose a target, the Doctor chooses someone to protect, the Detective checks one person.
- In the morning the app says who did not make it. Then talk.
- Vote someone out. Town wins by removing every Mafioso; the Mafia win by reaching equal numbers.
What the phone does
The phone deals the roles, runs the night in the right order, and remembers who did what. It never decides who is lying — that is the game.
It is a dealer and a scorekeeper, never a judge. It cannot hear the room and it does not decide who was right.
